‍Inspired by David Lynch and Salvador Dali, Ian Ward combines nontraditional lighting with soft focus to create an intimate and fanciful atmosphere within his photography. His portraits utilize nontraditional composition to capture the personality of the subjects. His landscapes employ a unique focus point to create intimacy with the subject matter and draw the viewer into the scene. When he shoots nature, Ian employs a soft focus point to create an imaginary atmosphere within the image. Ian uses light the way a painter uses brush strokes, to enhance the image in front of him. He uses composition to create a tension between the viewer and the scene, presenting the information in a way that inspires critical thought and dialogue. In black and white or color photography, Ian creates a scene that invites the viewer to ask questions and engage with the scene presented. He has a unique eye for color and composition that makes his work stand out from traditional photography. Ian Ward utilizes a variety of cameras in his work including a LUMIX digital camera, Polaroid cameras, a PaperShoot camera, and filters that mimic nostalgic film cameras to create these surreal, insulate images.

How It Works:

  • Choose which photography service is right for your needs.

  • Send us an eMail with a short description of your project and we will send you a quote.

  • After we recieve the description of your needs and send you the quote of how our services can fill those needs we will send you an invoice including a 50% deposite to begin the project.

  • Once the 50% Deposit is paid, we can schedule your photography session and complete your photography needs.

  • Once the photography project is completed, please allow 2 weeks for the photos to be edited and the proofs to be emailed to you. Once you recieve the water-marked proofs, you will need to pay the other 50% of the fee to recieve the final images.
